1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ManHire, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using ManHire on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ManHire is an AI-powered recruitment platform that provides:

• For Employers (HR): Job posting management, AI-driven candidate scoring, application tracking, automated assessments, CV analysis, job ad poster generation, and HR document management.
• For Candidates: AI-powered CV building with multiple templates, cover letter generation, job browsing and applications, e-signatures, and career profile management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Types

ManHire offers two account types: Employer (HR) accounts for recruiting purposes, and Candidate accounts for job seekers. Each account type grants access to different features and capabilities within the platform.

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
• Submit fraudulent CVs, applications, or credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's AI systems
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to access the platform without our consent

5. AI-Powered Features

5.1 AI Scoring & Assessments

ManHire uses artificial intelligence to assist with candidate scoring, CV analysis, and cover letter generation. AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. Employers retain full responsibility for their hiring choices.

5.2 AI Limitations

While our AI systems are designed to be fair and accurate, they may occasionally produce imperfect results. We continuously work to improve our models and reduce bias. Users are encouraged to report any concerns regarding AI-generated outputs.

5.3 AI Usage Logging

We log AI usage metrics (such as token consumption and request counts) for quality assurance, billing, and service improvement. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information beyond account-level association.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

The ManHire platform, including its design, code, AI models, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mansoft Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without our written consent.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, job postings, company information, cover letters). By uploading content, you grant ManHire a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display it as required to operate the service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of ManHire is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Payment & Billing

ManHire currently operates on a free-tier model. Should paid features be introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance. You will not be charged without explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ManHire and Mansoft Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mansoft Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of ManHire after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
